Volunteering as a form of self-care may sound confusing. How does helping others work as a form of self-care? But I wanted to open this conversation and let you know how volunteering has been an outlet for me and has served as something that has helped me grow.

Not everyone has the ability to do this, but if you do I highly recommend it.
